Answer:
Joining SlideStore is easy. All you have to do is create an account and fill out important details such as username, first name, last name, email, and a unique password. You’ll get a confirmation e-mail after and after that you are free to download from our store.

The first step is to check your login credentials. Make sure you enter the right username and password to access your account. If you lost your password, we have an automated reset password system which you can complete in a few clicks. If that doesn't work you can reach out to us at info@slidestore.com and we'll be happy to help out.

You can change your password but not your email address. You will need to create a new account if you want to use a new email address.To change your password, go to account settings and click reset password.

Yes, you can. We provide free presentation templates and presentation tips (via our blog) for users.

There is no limit on the amount of free slides a user can download.

You cannot. Every presentation and information distributed by SlideStore is owned by SlideGenius.

PowerPoint 2010 or higher is recommended.

Click the presentation template you like and on the upper right corner of the page, you can choose “Add to Collection” or “Favorite.” Click the action you wish to do and the presentation template will be automatically saved in your account.

Click the presentation template you like and at the lower corner of the presentation preview, click the download link and the file will automatically save in your computer or device. Please note, you will need to sign up for an account to be able to download our files.

A PowerPoint’s file size varies by content meaning the more slides, images, and text a presentation carries, the bigger it will be. Usually, our presentation templates range from 1mb to 15mb.

We upload new PowerPoint templates weekly so expect hundreds of presentations in our library.

Yes. Just visit our Free Presentations menu and at the upper right corner of the page, you can sort out presentation templates according to name, color, and rating. You can also click tags located at the right side of each presentation and it will link you to other PowerPoint templates accordingly.

Yes. You can edit our downloadable presentation templates according to the content you need. It’s like having your own PowerPoint template except that its designed by a presentation professional.
